All Toi Matarau works are sent with utmost care, but if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your artwork with photos of your concerns; If the artwork has been damaged in shipping you may have to deal with the courier/post agent directly in the first instance.

Change of mind?

Provided that the artwork are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was, we can facilitate to either exchange it, replace it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Do not send faulty items back to us unless we have arranged that in our email conversation. If we have asked you to return it to us, products must be couriered (or tracked) to the following address at your own cost.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund however you can choose to exchange these for something else or receive a credit voucher to use at a later date. Please email us notifying us that you wish to return an item and the reason for returning it.
