Shipping Policy

All online orders are dispatched within ten working days of purchase.

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent within the next two business days.

Please note that there may be delays to shipping associated with the high volume of couriers being sent due to COVID-19. All couriers are sent with NZ Post.

New Zealand Shipping

Our products are sent directly to you from the Māoriland Hub in Ōtaki. We use a courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand which is a track and traced service.

Shipping is automatically calculated by New Zealand Post at checkout. Oversized and extremely large orders will be charged on an individual basis. We will contact you directly should this apply. 

Courier delivery is 1-2 business days locally, and 3-5 business days throughout the rest of the country. We do not send to P.O Boxes. 

Should no-one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the couriers office or depot. 

If you are local, and would prefer to pick up your order from our gallery at the Māoriland Hub in Ōtaki, then please press the free shipping service ‘PICKUP’ at the checkout.

If for any reason you have damaged goods upon arrival, to be able to be refunded for the courier’s mistake please email us photos as soon as you can of the damage so we can make a claim to the courier company. Please do not send it back to us, as time is the most valuable commodity in this instance to ensure a refund.
