Terms and Conditions of Sale

Toi Matarau is a trading name of Māoriland Charitable Trust and herein may be referred to “We” or “Us”. As used herein, “Customer” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.

Acceptance of terms

The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.

Price, Currency and GST

All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Toi Matarau reserves the right to change the prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Promotions and Discounts

All promotions & discount codes are issued at the discretion of Toi Matarau. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offer & discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion unless specified. Promotional offers & discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date. 

Payments

We accept payment via credit and debit card and bank deposits. If payment is made via bank deposit, the name that will appear on your statement will be Māoriland Charitable Trust.
