Charlene is a mother of 8 children, and has passed on her special gift for weaving to them. Her daughter Shainey Moreli is also an accomplished weaver, a great testament to the skill and natural talent imparted to her as a child.
Charlene’s love for Raranga shows in the weave of the taonga she creates with great appreciation and gratitude to the materials available and those her pieces are intended for.
